RENTAL VANS

The Wild West Relay is happy to again partner with Enterprise Rent-A-Car to offer registered teams a discounted rate for rental vans. August is a busy season for rental car companies, so reserve early!

To take advantage of this offer, reservations must be made through Amy Rich at Amy.Rich@erac.com or 303-925-8487, and tell her you are registered to participate in the Wild West Relay.

ADVANTAGES OF RENTING THROUGH ENTERPRISE RENT-A-CAR:

• A discounted rate

• Offices at Denver International and Cheyenne Airports, all along the Front Range (Ft. Collins, Denver, Colorado Springs), and delivery service to Steamboat Springs/Yampa Valley Airport from their Craig office (additional delivery charges apply)

• Your rental is on a corporate account – corporate account rentals are given priority over the average rental, which means your vehicle is essentially guaranteed (allowing for the extreme exception: mechanical breakdown, etc.)

• Enterprise does not charge for extra drivers as many rental car companies do.

• Enterprise still rents 15-passenger vans – many rental companies have phased them out

• Enterprise has a limited number of 15-passenger vans so it is strongly suggested that you reserved one before June 1st.

• Minivans/Small SUVs: $60.00/day

• Large SUVs (includes Expeditions, Tahoe’s, Yukon’s, Durango’s): $95/day

• 15 Passenger Vans*: $115/day

• Accident Insurance - $19.99/day with no deductible

• Liability Insurance - $11.95/day

*All drivers for the 15-passenger vans must be 25 or older

All drivers must present legible copies of their driver’s license to Enterprise at the rental counter.
