Changes in RED

Thanks for volunteering to help during the Wild West Relay! The smooth running of the race is largely dependent on your efforts, so thank you!

Below are the exchanges for the WWR and they are color coded to distinguish between the exchanges that the non-profit organizations are staffing, those that will be available for the team supplied volunteers, and those that will utilize both non-proft and team supplied volunteers. Click on the link in the "Exchange" column to get the map of the location of the exchange, notes about the exchange, and a map of the layout of the exchange.

You should print out and review these notes so you know what to expect before you show up for your shift.

Also print out and read the Volunteer Handbook which explains what your responsibilities will be, what to bring, what to expect, and more.

Team volunteers will select their assignments via an online proceedure the week after registration closes. An annoucement of the date and time plus instructions will be emailed out to all team captains and all volunteers that are in the database a minimum of 48 hours before the process opens up.

This chart and the volunteer spots will be in flux until close to race day, so check back.

The numbers for the Exchanges staffed by Team Volunteers will change once I know no teams are canceling and all teams have registered their required number of volunteers.
